The incredible underground network in Cu Chi stretched over 200 kilometers and became legendary during the American war. The extensive tunnels have been specially constructed with living areas, storage facilities, weapon factories, filed hospitals, command center, plus accommodation. Upon arrival to the Cu Chi tunnels, watch a short introductory video showing how they were constructed, then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels, you will even have a chance to crawl through the tunnels. • Vietnam Golf & Country Club

Day 3: Vietnam Golf & Country Club

After enjoy buffet breakfast at your hotel. We travel to the Vietnam Golf and Country Club - Lee Trevino designed and home of the 2008 Vietnam Carlsberg Masters Asian Tour Event. The club is home to two 18-hole courses (East and West). Initial impressions of this course upon arrival are fantastic. Impeccably manicured greenery flanks the drive in as you pull up to the modern clubhouse and are directed to the spacious locker rooms. The courses themselves are well worth the trip. The older West course is marred slightly by the presence of a single giant tree in the centre of the fairway on several holes, a design quirk that is slightly overused but enjoyed by many. Nevertheless, holes such as the 5th - a tricky short dogleg par-4, and the 18th - a grandstand closer played downhill through a narrow funnel of trees, are top shelf holes by any standards. The East course is slightly more forgiving than its Western companion due to its wider fairways. However, hugely undulating greens and plentiful water hazards mean that it’s far from easy. Top holes here include the 5th and the 6th, the second of which is an uphill par-5 and is probably the toughest of either course.

    Transfer back to Saigon city.

Enjoy your special dinner on Bon Sai cruise, cruise along Saigon river, enjoy your dishes and listening to traditional folk music, sing and dance. You will have relaxation-time to catch the over view of the city, people working at Saigon port. Along both sides of the river are mansions, life of the civilians…..Free your time to explore Saigon nightlife. Overnight in Saigon.

  • Angkor Golf Resort

    Day 11: Angkor Golf Resort

Nick Faldo brings Internationally recognised golf to Cambodia with a PGA standard championship golf course which boasts a lengthy 7,230 yards and a 72 par. Located close to the heart of Siem Reap, the Angkor Golf Course features generous fairways, an impressively bold bunkering style, and greens with plenty of subtle undulations that not only encourage but reward a variety of approach shots. Faldo believes that golfers enjoy themselves most when they are challenged, and this is the underlying approach to his design style.

However, at the same time he is fully aware of the wide range of abilities that golfers bring to the course and as such the Angkor Golf Course has plenty of teeing options. Taking into account the stunning natural surroundings the course has a commitment to protecting the environment. A fair but challenging course for all golfers.

Day 12: Siem Reap - Angkor Temples

Breakfast at hotel. We visit the fortified Royal city of Angkor Thom, constructed by King Jayavarman II at the end of the 12th century, not long after the completion of Angkor Wat. It is surrounded by a massive perimeter wall and a moat with five monumental gates and covers an area of more than ten square kilometers, indeed Angkor Thom means ‘Great city’. The most important monuments are located in the center of the city, namely the Bayon, Baphoun and the Terrace of Elephants. The Bayon in particular is a fascinating piece of architecture and one of the most photographed. It is a bizarre structure, with a total of 54 towers elaborately decorated with over 200 enigmatic smiling faces. From Angkor Thom we proceed to Ta Prohm temple, whose principal attraction is that it has not been rescued from the thick jungle, as the rest of the Angkor Complex. It looks much the same as it would have done when the French explorers came here 140 years ago, shrouded in undergrowth and the huge roots of old Banyan trees. We continue to visit Artisans d’Angkor.

Have your lunch at Champey restaurant.

In the afternoon we drive out to the Tonle Sap lake, Asia’s largest inland lake, which swells to ten times its normal size during the wet season. Here we have a boat trip observing how local people go about their daily lives.
