The hotel has two wings. The old wing features polished floors and the original staircase and other original features. In the new wing, the original atmosphere has been carefully recreated. There's a buffet breakfast that must be Vietnam's most sumptuous, cold beer and roast dinners at the Met Pub, or fine French cuisine at Le Beaulieu. Another option is the Spices Garden for a taste of Hanoi specialties, including a 'Hanoi street foods' lunch buffet. You can also get more seriously into Vietnamese cuisine by participating in the hotel's cooking classes. Telephone comes with data port and rooms are fitted with sound-proof windows.

Premium room (32 sqm) that is either has a carpeted or wooden floor, Deluxe (37 sqm), Junior Suite (40 sqm) which is interconnected to a premium room for family requiring 2 rooms, Senior Suite (50 sqm) spacious enough and has VIP amenities, Opera Suite (64 sqm) comes with a kitchenette and is ideal for long staying guests, Deluxe Suite (60 sqm, Executive Suite (70 sqm) and Heritage Suite (70 sqm) for the most discerning travelers with special requirements. All rooms can accommodate an extra bed and has a maximum capacity of 3 persons except for the Premium Room which only has a maximum capacity of 2 persons.

Bed configuration for Premium Room, Junior Suite and Opera Suite are twin or double. The Deluxe Room can be arranged with twin or queen bed configuration. Deluxe Suite comes with a queen bed, Senior Suite and Heritage Suite with a king bed ad the Executive Suite with twin or king size bed.
